When Prosperity Takes Root

There is an old paradigm that insists money does not grow on trees. The Money Plant was designed to disagree. Conceived by Studio ABD as a playful yet thoughtful collectible object, the Money Plant transforms the everyday ritual of gathering loose coins into an evolving sculpture of abundance. Each coin placed onto its branching form becomes a symbolic leaf, slowly building a tree shaped not just by currency, but by time, participation, and memory. Crafted in cast aluminium and finished in vivid contemporary hues, the object balances sculptural expression with interaction. The truncated trunk and delicate branching geometry give it the character of an art piece, while its function remains deeply familiar and intuitive. Over time, the tree changes with its owner, growing fuller with every small contribution.

A Ritual of Accumulation

The Money Plant is not designed as storage alone. It is designed as a ritual. A quiet reminder that prosperity is rarely sudden. It gathers slowly through small gestures, repeated moments, and everyday discipline.
